Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born 17th October, 1992) is a popular Indian actor. Keerthy appears in Tamil films and Telugu films as well as a couple of Malayalam. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress in the role of actor Savitri for her role in the Telugu movie Mahanati (2018). Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. She also received an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar Suresh happens to be the actor Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her first career was an actress for children. After completing her studies in the field of Fashion Design, she re-entered acting. In 2013, she played the leading role in Geethaanjali, a Malayalam-language film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy has signed her first Tamil projects in the year 2015, and began to accept projects outside of Malayalam. It is A. L. Vijay along with Vikram the director, that released Idhu Enna Maayam in 2015. It didn't go very well, but it did get released. In order to accommodate bigger projects due to her hectic schedule, she opted to not participate in certain films which she then began working on. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a love story) as well as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. Within a brief period she also worked together with Sivakarthikeyan for Rajini Murugan, Remo and also played the lead for Prabhu Sool's Thodari alongside Dhanush. She made her Telugu debut had been scheduled to be titled Ainaa Ishtam nuvvu. Although the release date of Janakitho Nuvvu hasn't been confirmed, there is speculation that the film could be released later in the month of September, 2020. In the year 2016 Nenu Sailaja, starring Ram Pothineni, was her debut. Keerthy debuted in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) alongside actor Vijay.
